Code of Conduct

ACE is committed to providing a safe, respectful, welcoming, harassment-free, and inclusive environment for all participants, ACE and venue staff, and general attendees. We value the participation of each community member and aim to deliver an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for all. Participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others and maintain the highest level of professionalism.

By registering for the ACE Experience 2025 (ACEx2025), you agree to refrain from conduct that is disruptive or destructive. In addition, all participants are subject to the laws applicable in Washington, DC.

ACE reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate to address violations of this Code, which may include, a verbal warning; immediate removal from the convening without warning or refund; restriction on attendance at future ACE events.

Participants should report any harassment or disruptive behaviors immediately to an ACE staff member or write to acexperience@acenet.edu. You can report anonymously or share your name and contact information for follow-up by ACE staff. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping to make ACE convenings a welcoming event for all.
