ACEx2025 in Washington, DC will be one of the premier gatherings of higher education leaders in the country. It provides an excellent venue to explore and discuss the major issues facing postsecondary institutions today. We welcome members of the media to cover the event.
Media are invited to attend select sessions on a complimentary basis. Some receptions—invitation-only events—are closed to the media and will be marked as such. Media must wear ACE’s media credential when onsite.
Please contact ACE’s Public Affairs department at Public-Affairs@acenet.edu for a code to complete the complimentary online registration or for more information about ACEx2025.
We encourage media to register in advance of the meeting to expedite the credentialing process.
Please provide a business card or appropriate email address. Only publications that feature original, regularly posted, or published editorial content about higher education will be considered. Personal newsletters, blogs, or web pages do not qualify.
Please provide a letter of assignment from a publication fitting the qualifications listed above.
Please provide a business card or appropriate email address and a list of sessions of interest if recording. Note that the same qualifications apply to broadcast outlets as to trade press and mainstream media, etc.
Members of the media who register onsite must provide either a business card from a recognized news organization or a publication or a letter of assignment to a member of ACE’s Public Affairs staff upon their arrival at the event.
Photography and video and audio recordings of ACEx2025 must be approved in advance by a member of ACE’s Public Affairs staff.
