When the American Council on Education secures rooms at hotels for our meetings (commonly referred to as a hotel room block), we research the properties to ensure that our attendees will be adequately accommodated as well as to guarantee that rooms meet our standards and are offered at a discounted price.
Housing for ACEx2025 is handled exclusively by ACE and the Washington Hilton in Washington, DC. If you are contacted by any outside hotel booking agencies, please do not book through them; they are not affiliated with ACEx2025. ACE will not be able to assist attendees who have reserved rooms outside the block or if problems result from booking through an unauthorized company.
Don’t be misled! If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room for ACEx2025, please get as much information as you can and pass it on to ACE at acexperience@acenet.edu.
The American Council on Education (ACE) will provide transportation between the Washington Hilton and the Kennedy Center as well as The Mayflower Hotel and the Kennedy Center. The full shuttle schedule can be found here.
