Your registration fee will secure you access to the entire meeting. One-day registration passes are not available.

In an effort to provide networking, relationship building, and celebration opportunities that come with bringing people together, ACEx2025 will take place in person in Washington, DC. Virtual and hybrid offerings are not available for this year’s event.
All ACEx2025 food functions except the welcome reception will take place within the Kennedy Center event space. They include:
  • Tuesday, February 11, 2025
    • Welcome reception at the Washington Hilton
  • Wednesday, February 12, 2025
    • Morning break (coffee and snacks) at the REACH Plaza
    • Lunch
    • Afternoon break at the REACH Plaza
    • Networking reception at the JFK and Nations Galleries
  • Thursday, February 13, 2025
    • Morning break (coffee and snacks) at the REACH Plaza
Event tickets must be purchased online for the ACE Women’s Leadership Dinner, which will take place on Thursday, February 13 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $150 each and are not deductible from the ACE Women’s Network Leadership Conference or ACEx2025 registration fees.

Event details and tickets will be available soon for the ACE Fellows Program 60th Anniversary Celebration and Reception, which is hosted by the Council of Fellows and will take place on Wednesday, February 12 at 7:00 p.m.

Onsite registration can be completed during the following times:

    8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (ET)
  • Thursday, February 13, 2025
    8:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. (ET)
All attendees must check in and pick up badges by 10:00 a.m. (ET).
Please contact ACE’s Office of Public Affairs at 202-939-9365 for a code to complete the online registration. Registration for members of the press is complimentary.
Refunds will be provided for cancellations, subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or after Monday, January 13, 2025 and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 30 days of the request.
Modifications to event registration may be made online at any time. Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference. Only one substitute is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with the substitute and must update any contact information.

Yes, please list any disability-related accommodations necessary as part of the online registration. A member of the ACEx2025 team will follow up with you directly to ensure that you have a good experience.
Most attendees wear business or business casual attire to the meeting and events. Meeting room temperatures are kept at 68 degrees Fahrenheit, so bringing a blazer, sweater, or jacket is recommended.
Yes, you can purchase tickets (or additional tickets) upon completing your registration by entering your login information on the registration page and adding additional items or tickets on the sales item page.
